DESCRIPTION

Beth will offer THREE PRIVATE 45-minute DoTERRA Essential Oils Aroma Therapy™ Therapeutic Massages at The Grand Escape (117 Randolph Avenue).

The Aroma Touch™ Technique, developed by Dr. David K. Hillis, combines the application of 8 essential oils to a therapeutic massage.  Massage enables these powerful oils to reach the optimal areas within the body where they would be able to help the body combat stress, enhance immune function, decrease inflammation and balance the recipient’s autonomic nervous system.

1.  Alleviate Stress with “Balance” (spruce, rosewood, blue tansy, frankincense, FCO) and Lavender.

2. Enhance the Immune System with “Melalueca and OnGuard” (wild orange, clove bud, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus, rosemary)

3. Decrease inflammation with “Aroma Touch” (basil, grapefruit, cypress, marjoram, lavender, peppermint) and “Deep Blue” (wintergreen, camphor, peppermint, blue tansy, German chamomile, helichrysum, osmanthus).

4. Balance ANS with Wild Orange and Peppermint.
